Being a Polish painter by birth, he gained his plastic art experience in the
artistic circles of Warsaw and Cracow from 70 till 81. He was especially in
contact with painter M. Malarz, an outstanding colourist from the preceding
generation living regularly under the Italian sun and himself a follower of
professor A. Kobzdej. He also had contacts with F. Myslicki, an artist formed
in Parisian circles.
In Belgium he obtained the diploma of higher artistic education. In addition
to this he holds an academic master's degree in history of art and archaeology.
His work stands out by a thorough search in colours, composition and supports.
The themes of incommunicability between beings and of the loneliness of man
in the present western world take a preponderant place.
From a jumbling of strokes, arabesques and obvious scribbles ,his paintings
bring out compound human figures. From deep down the picture rises a scale of
colours that harmonize within their contrasts and their transitions or interpenetrations.
